Maria EliseevaMARIA ELISEEVA

Maria Eliseeva has been practicing IP law for more than 20 years. She holds two Master’s Degrees in science and engineering (in Physics, and in Material Science and Engineering). She did her university diploma research and masters’ studies under the chairmanship of Alexey A. Abrikosov, a 2003 Nobel Prize laureate in physics. She worked as a research scientist at the Russian Academy of Sciences, Department of Physical Chemistry and Technologies of Inorganic Materials. After graduating from State University of New York School of Law with a JD degree, Maria worked at large firms in New York, Minneapolis and Boston. She co- founded her own firm in 2003. Maria has been a chair of the Electronic Business Committee, and International Law Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, as well as a Vice-Chair of the Licensing Committee. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York and DC and is a registered US Patent Attorney. She is bilingual in English and Russian. Maria is also an accomplished pianist.
